- Email – The contact form on our website is another great way to contact us, since you can indicate the best time for us to contact you, as well as your address or any other pertinent information about your home, so we can be prepared to discuss specifics with you.
- In person – Not as common, but certainly effective, is when a person drops by our office for a face-to-face conversation. Sometimes it’s nice to sit across from someone with the answers you need and get them in real time. We do suggest that you make an appointment with one of our pros in order to get you in and out without running the risk of everyone being out of the office assisting other customers!
What to Expect
- Once you’ve made the initial contact with our office, you’ll be put in contact with a service lead who will be your go-to person for the entirety of your service.
- The first thing we’ll do is schedule radon testing for your home. Long-term tests take up to 3 months in order to get accurate readings, so we will want to get started right away.
- Depending on those results, Cincinnati Radon Mitigation sometimes recommends that clients do nothing as long as radon levels are in check. However, if you have numbers that are higher than 2.0 pCi/L, we will explain what that means and make professional recommendations.
- These recommendations could include simple ventilation practices that you can do on your own, followed by retesting, or we may suggest a radon mitigation system if your home’s levels are higher than that.
